As a retired school librarian and university distance educator, I have always enjoyed learning and teaching. These two passions merged in a new venture: teaching people how to take care of their health and that of their families. Choosing to be healthy is the best gift we can give ourselves and those we love and care for. To me, Nikken has provided that solution in a passive yet proactive way.
